There is a lot to have fun with but the following rules need to be followed :
- One ticket is for one individual only
- Infants and toddlers below the age of 2 are not charged anything
- Reach the booking office 10 mins before the booking time
- Jackets with head hood and gloves will be provided before hand with the ticket
- Accessories may or may not be of accurate sizes and are subject to availability
- Once the ticket has been purchased, it will not be returned not refunded
- Eatableskks bubble, chocolate, pan masala, cigarettes are not allowed inside the winterland premises
- The administration will not take responsibility for theft, loss of damage to any private belonging
- Total duration will be one hour only
- Photographs may be taken of any visitor without prior approval
- If unattended, administration will not be responsible for the booking
- Ticket must be under possession throughout the session
- Refund will depend on the situation
- Group bookings can be made for a minimum of 50 people
