EGO follows a very strict No Returns Policy. Hence, only exchange is possible.
For E-Commerce, the following apply:
- Dale items are nonrefundable.
- Refunds are only possible incase of a damage or defect or a wrongly shipped article.
- Invoice will be required to track the purchase.
- Exchange will be made if and only the item is unused with all tags attached.
- Defected clothes will be exchanged on the purchased price
