Asim Azhar, the young and talented singer, who has always been on his toes in entertaining us with great music and his lady killer charms has released a new song featuring Mooroo, Talha Anjum, Talha Yunus, Raamis, Hania Aamir along with Areeka Haq, the famous Tik Toker who has made her debut.

A great opportunity, this was for Areeqa Haq who made her debut. I somehow feel, this has managed to give her an edge to place a foot in the door, despite the criticism on the song.

This song seems to be the biggest collaboration of the year with people who are a talent house. This song made it to social media before it was released but it seems the much anticipated song did not impress the audience.

Twitter has been flooding with memes, hash tags and tweets with heaps of negatively hilarious comments regarding the latest release Tum Tum. Tough the song us trending #1 on YouTube with 2.7 M views, but I am afraid these views are merely for criticism and the wrong fame this song has managed to gain.

Tum Tum was released on 2 July 2020 and it has flooded the internet with hilarious memes and puns over how lame and obnoxious this song is. Certainly, this has not been one of the best releases by Asim. Although a lot of effort “seems” to have been put in this, sadly this 6 minute long song failed to entertain people.

Also, it is my personal opinion on how purposeless was to show a pool side with a bar set up, drinks being served by the bartender and showing all that what DOES NOT belong to The Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Not only this, the exposed clothing and the culture that has been portrayed in the video is clearly not the culture of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The musical video featuring various artists like Shamoon Ismail, Talha Anjum, Talha Yunus, Hania Aamir, Raamis, Asim Azhar and Areeqa Haq. Asim has declared this song as the biggest debut of the year. As the video progresses, the rap, the storyline, the lyrics, do not seem to impress us. Social media has been trolled all over and has been taken up by a storm with negative and biased feedback.

There seems to be no connection between the musical video and the loosely connected and made up lyrics. Clearly, this song is not a win win for me, nor I feel it has helped any good to the team of Tum Tum.

Lets have a look at the astonishingly negative reviews and memes circulating left and right.
