How to place your order?
Follow the below mentioned steps to place your order :
- Pick and choose what you want
- Add items to cart
- Select quantity
- Proceed to check out
- Select payment options and enter any promotion code ( if applicable)
- Verify before continuing.
- Prepare to receive an acknowledgement email.
- Check “My Orders” in your account Dashboard.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at Rang Ja by sending them an email. Should the item be shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Payment Options
Rang Ja accepts payments in he following modes:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) : Cash on Delivery is available for customers all over Pakistan. Payment can be made to delivery agent based on the receipt of order placed.
- Prepaid : Rang Ja allows payments to be processed smoothly. Payment can be made via debit/credit card.
Track your order
As soon as orders are placed, a tracking number is received in the confirmation email.
Customer care can also be reached via call or email to check for order status.
Delivery
Orders made online are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days nationwide. For international orders, it may take up to 7 business days.
In case of a faulty or defected item, exchanges are made.
