Exchange and Refund
Everything purchased from Outfitters can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. This is only possible in the following scenarios:
- A faulty item is delivered
- Item(s) delivered, does not comply with the specifications or differs from the ordered item.
Exchange is not possible in the following scenarios :
- If exchange request is made after 14 days of delivery
- The product gets damaged with use or is tampered
- Tags, labels etc are missing from the product or detached.
This is possible if customers notify with in 3 days of delivery.

Replacements are sent in case of defective, faulty or damaged item. This requires a photo evidence of the item that needs to be emailed at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
Outfitters does not offer a money back on purchased items. However, it offers a store credit with an expiry date.
Orders under Rs 2,500 are charged Rs 180 to be delivered. However, shipping is free if orders are above Rs 2,500.
For orders exceeding Rs 50,000, customers need to present their CNIC for verification.
