MauSummery offers free home delivery throughout Pakistan on all orders above Ra. 2000. Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days after the order is confirmed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
RETURN (Online Store)
Online store items are not returned. Should there be any manufacturing defect (s) or incorrect sizing, refunds will be made. This can be done within 30 days of purchase.
However, before shipping the return, contact with the custom service should be made by sending an email to [email protected] or call at +92 21 35305956. Should this query be approved, the refund will be issued through a coupon code redeemable on the website. The coupon code will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and taxes applicable.
Please note, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. This process takes up to 2 weeks.
EXCHANGE (Online Store)
Items purchased online will not be exchanged.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE ( In-store)
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders can be cancelled anytime before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, a conformation email will be sent to track the order. After the order has been shipped, returns and exchange policy will be applied.
However, MauSummery reserves the rights to cancel orders, should there be any legitimate reason.
