It provides on demand house cleaning, ironing, babysitting and child minding, cooking Pakistani, Italian, Chinese, Continental dishes and looking after the elderly services.

The staff who are trained to do multiple chores, such as dishwashing and cooking can be asked to do multi-tasking between the booked time. Mauqa Online has trained and qualified staff members to help you with all you need. Also, each staff member goes through a security check through NADRA. All their helpers are age 18 above.
Pick and drop is provided to the helpers and the cost is included in the hourly rate. The client is not asked to pick up the helpers, unless they live in a difficult area that is not easily approachable. In case of rain, a PKR 250 surcharge is charged so helpers can reach without any hassle.
The staff cannot be kept full-time or part-time, but bookings can be made recurrently when and as needed. The helpers are available from 8 am till 8 pm, but if the staff is needed for more than the decided hours, you can call their helpline. If you book for a full day, Mauqa Online charges, PKR 1750 from 9:30am till 5:30 pm. The start timings are flexible, but the total duration for a day is 8 hours. The minimum hiring can be done for 2 hours, and they are charged PKR 250 per hour. Tipping the helpers is at the client’s discretion.
