REFUND

Khaadi has a ‘no refund’ policy. However, there are always exceptions, like an out of stock product or a faulty item that needs to be refunded.

EXCHANGE

Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. However, the product will have to be unused in order to be exchanged. Also, the price label must be attached to the individual product and the receipt must be present to qualify for an exchange.

Only defective products are exchanged and the team check for any fault that is there.
