To make changes to your existing information, click on ‘Sign In’ and click on ‘My Account’. Make the necessary changes and you are good to go. 
To place orders online, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your online account
- Add the items into your shopping cart
- Proceed to check out
- Enter shipping details
- Select payment option
- Review order
- Check order status
A confirmation email would be sent to the customers from www.kayseria.com to confirm that the order has been received.
Sign in to ‘My Account’ to get information on your order history. You can see the detailed breakup on this screen.

Unfortunately, Kayseria does not facilitate to cancel orders once they have been placed. Therefore, it is recommended to check your order before proceeding further. This also applies to making amendments to order. There is no amendment facility at Kayseria. This means, there is no facility to make changes to size, colour, removing or adding items and/or changing methods of payment or mode of delivery.
Once an order has been processed, another order cannot be combined to an existing order.
Shipping and Delivery
Kayseria does not delivery to any PO Box , military or protected area address. Also, if any restricted area deliveries are made, the failure of attempted delivery would have to be incurred by the buyer. Customers are liable to pay for all the taxes and shipping charges that are to be paid.
Usually two attempts to deliver a parcel are made and a signature is often required.
Delivery date guarantees are not provided by Kayseria. The delivery period is subject to payment authorization and confirmation. If you expect an order to be delivered urgently, reach out to [email protected]. Kayseria would make every possible effort to deliver your items on priority.
The cut off date for Eid delivery online orders is 26 July 2020 for all cities other than Lahore. The curt off date for Lahore is 28 July 2020. Orders placed after these dates would be delivered after Eid Ul Adha.
Defect, Exchange and Refund
Defected or damaged items can only be returned to Kayseria’s Head Office. This would be done only if the item is returned in its original condition along with all the tags and tickets.
Refunds are not made via cash and/or credit card.
The amount of shipping is not refundable at this point in time.
Sale items cannot be exchanged in store or online.
International items have no exchange or refund facility.
Incorrect Item
In case of an incorrect item, it can be only returned to Kayseria’s Head Office. This is only possible when items being returned are in their original condition.

Prices of all items are mentioned on Kayseria’s official website. However, prices vary from destination to destination.
Promotions
Promotions like special promotions, discounts on websites and limited time offers are mentioned on Kayseria’s Official website. Moreover, special coupons and vouchers are often issued for future orders.
Return Policy
In case, customers are not satisfied with their online purchase, an online store credit is issued (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. This can only be done within 15 days of receiving orders.
