Cash on Delivery (COD):

Cash can be paid for all transactions upto PKR 25,000.  After items are added to cart, make sure to follow the following steps to pay via cash upon delivery.

  • Click on proceed to checkout
  • Fill in your billing Information
  • Fill in the shipping method forms
  • Select cash on delivery in the payment information form
  • Click on confirm now.
  • Note down your order number that will be visible on the thank you page.

Your order will be sent through TCS courier service on the estimated date of delivery.

The amount needed to be paid will be required in cash.

Please note, there are no extra delivery charges and COD is available throughout Pakistan. However, at this point in time, COD is not available internationally.

Delivery charges:

Delivery charges vary depending on item and weight of item. However, delivery is free if order is above PKR 5,000.

Multiple Orders:

In case of multiple orders of the same destination, items are generally shipped together in one package. This would definitely add up the cost of all items.

TCS makes two delivery attempts to deliver your parcel. Unfortunately, if the second attempt fails, the parcel is returned to Gul Ahmed.

Delivery time:

Orders usually take upto 3-5 days to deliver. This also depends on the size and availability of the product.

Orders that are processed before 1 pm on business days are scheduled for delivery the next business day.

Stock and payment authorisations can affect the delivery, causing delays.

PO Box deliveries or deliveries to military or protected areas are not catered by Gul Ahmed.

Delivery status check:

A tracking ID is provided through email in order to track the status of a delivery.

Delivery Partners:

For deliveries across Pakistan, TCS courier service is used, whereas for international shipping, DHL courier service is acquired.

Payments and options:

There are various ways to make payments at Ideas by Gul Ahmed. These are:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Cards including: Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit and American Express

How to register?

To register with GulAhmedShop.com, please follow the following procedure:

  • Click on the login sign
  • Click on the sign up tab
  • Enter your information on the account creation page
  • Click on the sign up tab for account creation.

You can also recover your password, should there be any need.

Order cancellation:

An order that has been placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours as orders are shipped around 1 pm on the next working day.

Return or exchange:

Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase for free. However, the items must be in their original condition and tags.

International returns are not accepted.

Defects:

In case of a defect in the item, customers can return the item to Gul Ahmed and a replacement will be issued.

Online items will not be exchanged at any Ideas by Gul Ahmed store. A replacement can would be sent in case of a defected product.
