Let’s dig into one of the most hyped drama of HUM TV. Ehd-e-wafa has become more than a drama for the viewers. Connecting to it as a sequel of Alpha Bravo Charlie and Sunehray Din, Ehd-e-Wafa has made people feel nostalgic. But that is not true. It is just another initiative.

Whether it is your grand father who has been a part of this wonderful journey, or your father who had always aimed to be standing among those from the Pakistan Military Academy,  but had to switch his career. Every one can relate to it.

Living the life in Pakistan Military Academy (PMA), the drama gives major déjà vu. It is a series of four childhood friends whose names start with the alphabet S, Saad, Shariq, Shehreyar and Shahzain. The four friends enjoying to their maximum and living a care-free life, but their lives change when they leave college and enter the real world. All this happened after a misunderstanding lead them to split their ways.

Because the four friends’ names start with the letter S, they call themselves the SSG or SS Gang.

The drama is a Momina Duraid and Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) production. The drama started on 12th September 2019 featuring Osman Khalid Butt, Ahad Raza Mir and Alizey Shah in significant roles. The writer being Mustafa Afridi and the director being Muhammad Saife Hasan, the plot of the drama is surrounding a group of four highly enthusiastic friends who are a support system for one another, embarked on a journey of facing and tackling various hardships in their life.

The star cast is comprised of Ahad Raza Mir, Ahmed Ali Akbar, Vaneezah Ahmed, Osman Khalid Butt, Zara Noor Abbas, Alizay Shah, Wahaj Ali, Faraz Yahya, Inam Siddiqui, Khalifa Sajeer Uddin, Syed Muhammad Ahmed and others.

The most fascinating part of the drams is the amiable Captain Faraz from Alpha Bravo Charlie who is playing the role of Ahad Raza Mir a.k.a  Saad. How I wish we could have Captain Gul Sher, Captain Kashif and Shahnaz in the drama too.

To get hooked with this exciting drama, watch Ehd-e-Wafa every Sunday at PST 8:00 on HUM TV.
