RECRUITMENT 

Dot & Line offers you to work as a Teacher Partner (TP). This allows women around Pakistan to make money from within their homes. By being a TP, you can contribute towards transforming educational experiences for students all over Pakistan.

The recruiting process is simple:

  1. Fill in the online application available on the website
  2. Appear in am English and Mathematics test for academic capability.
  3. Once the test has been passed,  telephonic interview is conducted to analyse the personality, approach, methodology and tips and tricks of teaching.
  4. A training is conducted which approximately takes 5 days to complete. The training includes a set of 5 modules to complete and start working as a Teacher Partner.

Modules include: Academic English and Mathematics, overview of the curriculum to be taught, methods of teaching and learning and more.
