Conatural is an invention of two sisters Myra Qureshi and Rema Taseer, with the belief that the products they produce are the cleanest, uncontaminated, unadulterated, nourishing and effective. 

The purpose behind Conatural is to create beauty products in Pakistan, the realisation behind it being the polluted environment around people, accompanied by the toxic chemicals found as ingredients in cosmetics. 

Myra and Rema wanted to provide beauty solutions to inspire, empower and educate people and make them realise the worth of healthy ingredients in beauty products, that were safe for use. Hence, Conatural took birth. Myra and Rema wanted to create 100% natural and organic products with no Parabens, Triclosan, Silicones, Sulphates and more. 

After a lot of research and testing of formulations on Pakistani skin, the products were curated to suit and work on Asian skin. 

Conatural believes in no animal testing and is cruelty free. Conatural products are certified Vegan. 

Over a span of 4 years, research was conducted and ISO 22716 certified Good Manufacturing Processes were employed along with standardized SOPs to provide the customers with what is now proudly known as Conatural. The products are European Union Safety tested too.

Currently, the brand is in the process of acquiring registration with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority.

Aim

Conatural aims to use all natural and organic ingredients in their products to give its customers  the right formulation and potency and provide with the best skin and hair care products.

Shipping

Conatural works hard to ensure products reach its customers as soon as possible. A confirmation email is sent as soon as an order is received and accepted.

Orders leave the warehouse with in 48 working hours after the order has been confirmed and details are verified.

Nationwide Shipping:

All around Pakistan, standard shipping rates of PKR 200 apply on a deliveries, no matter what the size of the package is. Blue Ex Courier service is responsible for delivering across Pakistan. Orders may reach their destination from within 2-4 working days.

For Lahore, shipping is done through Conatural itself, and not any courier service, therefore, orders reach their destination within 2 working days.

International Shipping :

Exchange and Returns 

Conatural currently has a no exchange policy, neither any refund policy. However, there is a 7 day goodwill exchange policy, if the product is returned for exchange.

Terms and conditions apply, such as:

  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • The seal should be intact
  • The packaging is not damaged or broken
  • Payment for returns must be paid by the customer.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible so orders are not dispatched.

Cancellations, however depend if orders are shipped or not. Also, if an order has been dispatched, orders are not cancelled.
