Shipping 

Baroque offers free shipping to all its international customers. Should the order be over PKR 60, 000, your order is shipped free of cost.

Nationwide shipping is free of cost and has no limit to be eligible for free shipping.

Shipping time varies for national and international orders. Also, shipping time varies depending on the type of order.

Unfortunately, Baroque does not ship to India and Bangladesh.

Nationwide Shipping Duration:

  • Unstitched fabric – 3 to 5 business days
  • Stitched clothes – 10 to 15 business days + 7 business days for customised stitching

Worldwide Shipping Duration :

  • Unstitched fabric – 5 to 7 business days
  • Stitched clothes – 20 to 25 business days + additional 7 business days for customised stitching

Returns and Exchange 

Exchanges at Baroque are only possible in case of any faulty item being delivered. Items purchased online can only be exchanged online. Also, exchange is only possible when the item(s) comply with the conditions. These include, tags and labels attached to the item(s) and the item(s) in unused conditions.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are processed by team at Baroque. Once orders are shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. However, exchange policy is still applicable.

Track Your Order

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email consists of a tracking number. Use that number to track the progress of your order.
