Almas opened its first flagship store in Lahore, in 2013. The sole purpose was easy and accessible fashion.

With this purpose, Almas has been diligently working to create designs that are exciting and imaginative, leading to a happy shopping experience.

Almas took inspiration from high street fashion to functional apparel in order to gain following. They procure designs and ideas from around the world and follow fashion needs and timed demands, to produce what they produce.

Each item that is produced is made sure that it inculcates the personality of the person who adorns it. Within 4 years, Almas became known and now has widespread to Karachi and Islamabad soon after Lahore.

Their designs are trendy and chic. They believe in following trendy fashion and producing everything that suits people of all ages.

ISSUES IN YOUR ORDER?

Items that are faulty, are dealt with straightaway. Simply dial 03111 25627 for assistance.

However, you must provide, the order number, item’s name and number and description of fault.

EXCHANGE

E-store orders are separate from physical stores. Items would not be exchanged at any branch.

Also, if an item has been purchased from one store, it cannot be exchanged at the other.

MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER?

All items ordered, are sent in separate parcels, therefore, it is advised to wait. If delay between each item is more than one day, call customer care.

CHANGES TO ORDER?

Once your order has been confirmed, teM Almas is very quick at preparing orders, therefore changes to orders cannot be made.

RETURNS DURING SALE PERIOD

Items exchange and return is not possible during sale periods.
